Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and CT license required.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
• Experience in outpatient care and ENT surgical procedures.
• Competitive MGMA-aligned compensation with incentives.
• Established referral network and stable hospital-affiliated group.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head and neck.
• Perform in-office nasal endoscopy and ENT evaluations.
• Outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures (tonsillectomy, sinus surgery, thyroid/parathyroid).
• Manage chronic sinus disease, hearing loss, voice disorders, sleep-disordered breathing.
• Provide surgical consultation and pre-operative/post-operative care.
• Collaborate with primary care and specialty referral partners on shared patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in call rotation as needed.
