Job summary

Healthcare United in Effingham, IL is seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a well-supported, not-for-profit regional health system. This full-time role offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic and surgical responsibilities, a 1:4 call rotation, and strong referral support.

The ideal candidate has MD/DO, Illinois license, board certification or eligibility, and is motivated by stability, high compensation, and a supportive administrative team. New graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for or active Illinois medical license.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical ENT care to an adult and pediatric population.
• Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
• Perform a full scope of otolaryngologic procedures and surgeries.
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers to optimize patient access and continuity of care.
• Participate in a shared 1:4 call rotation.
• Partner with primary care and specialty colleagues on coordinated, multidisciplinary care.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
