Job summary

The Oregon Clinic is hiring for a full-time Medical Assistant (Credentialed or Non-Credentialed) for the Ear, Nose & Throat South Clinic in Oregon City. You will work with a collaborative team to provide high-value patient care and support a busy specialty clinic.

Responsibilities include assisting with examinations and procedures, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring privacy and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Medical Assistant experience.
• Experience in Ear, Nose & Throat is a plus.
• Certification through a national agency (AAMA, NCCT, etc.) is preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire.
• EMR experience (Epic) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist medical staff by collecting information and escorting patients.
• Prepare patients for examination and assist with procedures.
• Schedule appointments for new and established patients.
• Update patient records as needed.
• Support the delivery of patient care in the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
