Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the ENT Department of Otorhinolaryngology. The LPN provides patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or supervisor, communicates patient information, and participates in care planning. Strong teamwork and flexible hours are essential.

The role requires an LPN license, graduation from a practical nursing program, and BLS certification. Prior EMR experience is preferred to support timely, safe patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a practical nursing program with active LPN license.
• BLS certification required/maintained for 90 days post start date.
• Experience working in a team and ability to adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients under supervision of RN or supervisor.
• Assist RN/provider in patient assessment and care planning; communicate observations.
• Deliver care according to the patient care plan and organizational policies.
