Job summary

AMN Healthcare is recruiting ENT physicians for a Not-for-Profit health system in the Delaware Capital Region. Two Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologists will join an established ENT service line in a busy, supportive environment with modern facilities and an employed practice model.

The role offers substantial earning potential up to $765,000 with a $15,000 signing bonus for two years plus relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist.
• Strong clinical skills in ENT with potential subspecialty interests.

Responsibilities

• Join an established ENT service line in a not-for-profit health system.
• Develop subspecialty interests (Rhinology, Head & Neck) up to 50% of practice.
• Support a 1:5 call rotation and operate within a modern, employed practice model.

Position Overview

A leading not-for-profit health system serving one of the fastest-growing regions in the Mid-Atlantic is seeking two Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologists to join its established and expanding ENT service line. This opportunity offers the ability to build a busy practice quickly while benefiting from strong clinical support, modern facilities, and an employed practice model.

Position Highlights

• Bread-and-butter ENT with the ability to develop subspecialty interests
• Opportunity to dedicate up to 50% of practice to areas of interest, including Rhinology and Head &Neck Surgery
• Strong regional referral network comprised of 450+ physicians and 200+ APPs
• Significant patient population of 500,000+ people
• Dedicated Physician Assistant, Audiology, RN, LPN, and Medical Assistant support
• Purpose-built ENT clinic space with 10 exam rooms, Stroboscopic technology and EPIC
• 1:5 call rotation
