AMN Healthcare invites two Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologists to join a leading Mid-Atlantic ENT program in Dover, DE. This not-for-profit system offers strong clinical support, modern facilities, and an employed model designed to accelerate a busy practice.

The role allows up to 50% subspecialty focus, including Rhinology and Head & Neck Surgery, with a substantial regional referral network and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible ENT physicians.
• Active medical license in good standing.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Delaware or applicable state.
• Willingness to develop subspecialty interests up to 50% of practice.

Responsibilities

• Join an established ENT service line with strong clinical support.
• Develop subspecialty interests up to 50% of practice, e.g., Rhinology or Head & Neck Surgery.
• Practice in a purpose-built ENT clinic with modern facilities and EPIC systems.
• Operate within an employed practice model with a 1:5 call rotation and robust team support.
