Job summary

Essentia Health Park Rapids Clinic seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our Specialty Clinics team, covering open shifts in ENT and other specialties based on needs and availability. Responsibilities include rooming patients, assisting with procedures, and supporting coordination with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Clinic hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with two Saturday shifts every six months (8:00 am–12:00

Qualifications

• LPN licensure in Minnesota upon hire.
• CMA certification or completion of CMA program and must become certified within one year of date of hire.
• BCLS certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare for examinations.
• Assist with procedures in ENT and specialty clinics.
• Provide direct patient care in ambulatory setting.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians and teams to ensure coordinated care.
