Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Otolaryngology team at the Astoria location. You will provide patient care with sound clinical judgment and collaborate with otolaryngologists to treat ear, nose, throat disorders.

Requirements include an accredited master's PA/NP program, state licensure, NCCPA/AANPCB/ANCC certification, AAPA/AANP membership, CPR/BLS, and bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited master's degree Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• PA/NP licensure in the practicing state.
• NCCPA, AANPCB or ANCC certification.
• Active AAPA or AANP membership.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients with ENT concerns and perform comprehensive evaluations.
• Diagnose, plan treatment, and manage follow-up care within scope.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests; educate patients.
• Assist surgeries and provide post-operative care and wound management.
• Document in EMR per HIPAA and ENTA policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain patient safety and comply with healthcare regulations.
