Northwest ENT and Allergy Center, affiliated with SENTA Partners, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in Georgia to join a high-volume ENT and allergy clinic. You will manage a patient panel with 50% ENT and 50% sinus/allergy cases, including pediatric ENT and ENT procedures.

The role emphasizes independent patient management, collaboration with physicians, and flexible on-call coverage, with a comprehensive benefits package including FSA, disability, and EAP options.

Formación

• Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in Georgia.
• Certification through an accredited NP or PA program.
• ENT experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical skills, patient safety and quality care.
• Proficient in using EHR systems and basic software.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and follow-up assessments.
• Perform focused physical examinations of head, neck, ears, nose, throat.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear documentation.
• Provide clinical assessments and formulate differential diagnoses for ENT conditions.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians for complex cases and on-call coverage.
