Job Description

Day to Day Duties/Summary of job:

• Receiving those forms/requests and calling/following up with the patients to receive the final "yes" from them about getting their prescriptions set up through DaVita Rx

Qualifications

Minimum Education/ Licensures/Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of experience as a Registered Pharmacy Technician in Texas (no disciplines on file). Will also accept a Tech in Training!
• MUST be Bilingual Spanish
• Sales knowledge—minimum experience: someone who is familiar with ‘upselling’. This includes retail, call center, even someone that has a background from a grocery store. Think- when the grocery store clerk tries to get you to donate $$ for a certain cause that they are supporting. Or in retail, when the associate tries to get you to sign up for the store credit card!!
• Strong medication knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills (listening, oral, and written)
• Personality & culture fit are very important!
