Job summary

College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA invites an Enrollment Systems Specialist to lead PowerFAIDS configuration, Workday Student integration, and data management across systems. You'll partner with ITS, Registrar, and Bursar, driving quality data, reporting, and process improvement in enrollment technology.

You will work toward a Workday Student implementation, Slate integration, and ongoing system optimization, with a focus on reliability, documentation, and end-user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum three years of professional IT systems experience or technical financial aid administration.
• Expertise in PowerFAIDS, including packaging, selection sets, and QC rules.
• Experience with Workday and/or PeopleSoft Campus Solutions preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, scripting, and/or API development.
• Experience with data integration between enterprise systems.
• Solid understanding of financial aid regulations (e.g.: Pell Grants, federal loans).

Responsibilities

• Lead PowerFAIDS administration, configuration, QC rules, and data workflows.
• Collaborate on Workday Student implementation, data integrations, and testing.
• Maintain back-end integrations between PowerFAIDS, Slate, and other systems.
• Develop reports and data extracts to meet regulatory and institutional requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation and end-user training materials.
