Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in marketing or business.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in higher education admissions.
• Ability to read and interpret strategic plans and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and management for the admissions staff.
• Develops admissions operations plan in support of division goals.
• Ensure enrollment strategies are coherently developed and implemented across the campus.
• Oversees the management and operations of admissions, enrollment and orientation services.
• Develops and monitors recruitment strategies and practices to meet enrollment goals for campuses.
• Plans promotional events to increase enrollments and sales conversions.
