Job summary

Sanctuary Functional Medicine is seeking an Enrollment Associate to drive the end-to-end lead-to-enrollment process. You will manage inquiries, educate potential patients, and guide them through enrollment, while coordinating with clinical staff to ensure a seamless transition into ongoing care.

The role requires targeting enrollment goals, strong communication, and comfort with CRM systems in a hybrid work setting combining remote and in-office days.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience with a track record of hitting targets.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of leads across multiple stages.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

Responsibilities

• Own Your Pipeline: manage inquiries in CRM; log, categorize, and follow up.
• Initial Contact: assess needs and educate on program benefits and costs.
• Program Enrollment: match to programs and guide through enrollment; track conversion.
• Hit Enrollment Targets: work toward monthly goals and optimize follow-up.
• Coordinate Care: schedule initial appointments and collect forms for handoff.
• Collaboration: work with clinical staff for smooth transition into ongoing care.
