Job description

Esrun Health is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our Professional Services team as Enrollment Specialists, working with our clients to help ensure their eligible patients have the opportunity to understand and enroll in the Chronic Care Management program offered by Medicare. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a team of like-minded individuals. This is a Part-Time 100% remote position requiring no travel. This is a 1099 Contractor position. This is NOT an hourly position. Compensation is 100% commission-based.

Part-Time Enrollment Specialist

This position is commission-based only - the Contractor will receive a rate of $20 per enrollment.

Qualifications and Skills
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Sales Acumen preferred but not required
  • Healthcare knowledge preferred but not required
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
Your Responsibilities
  • Interview and enroll patients in the CCM program
  • Manage a queue of eligible patients for enrollment
  • Expedite enrollments efficiently
  • Complete patient enrollment documents accurately and record them in the patient chart
  • Maintain detailed call logs of all transactions and call statuses
  • Explain the Chronic Care Management program clearly and professionally
  • Use empathetic and personable communication when speaking with patients
  • Creatively deliver education tailored to showcase program benefits
  • Participate in scheduled meetings (e.g., morning huddles, weekly updates)
  • Work within a team and demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Ensure high-quality data entry and multitasking skills
  • Use various software platforms (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Skype, Microsoft Teams)
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance in all computer use
  • Spend over 80% of work time on calls, achieving high call volume
  • Work at least 20 hours per week to meet quotas
  • Adapt to high-volume sales environment and meet deadlines and metrics
