Overview: The Vendor Network Team is seeking highly motivated, customer-obsessed, and revenue-driven individuals to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is perfect for those passionate about sales and customer service and eager to make a significant impact.

As part of One Inc.’s Vendor Network, our team plays a crucial role in facilitating claim payments from our Carriers. The role of the Enrollment Specialist is to provide proactive and exceptional customer assistance via telephone. This involves researching and verifying contact information, making outbound calls to ensure smooth claims payments, updating contact info, and documenting results meticulously.

We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and are dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service.
