AIM (The Aviation Institute of Maintenance) in Duluth/Atlanta, GA, seeks an Admissions Representative to guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment. You’ll meet KPIs for outreach, appointments, and applications while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Mon–Thu 8:30am–5:30pm with Friday work and occasional Saturdays; compensation is $29–$31 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates' or higher degree preferred.
• Proven sales or customer service experience with KPI achievement (conversion, outreach, closing).
• Admission experience in a proprietary post-secondary setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person/virtual meetings to guide applicants through admissions steps.
• Achieve enrollment goals through personal performance and effective guidance.
• Guide students from inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, applications, and follow-ups.
• Track application status and ensure all required documents are completed.
• Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs.

Work Schedule

• Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm One of those nights will be 10am-7pm
• Fridays 8:30am-5:30pm
• Saturdays 1-2X a month as needed to support career fairs and open house events

We are seeking a results-driven, student-focused Admissions Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and skilled at guiding prospective students toward informed, life-changing academic decisions.

As an Admissions Representative, you will connect students with programs that support their goals while consistently meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion, application completion, and enrollment success. This dynamic role requires communication skills, a positive attitude, and delivery of exceptional service in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Key Duties

• Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit
• Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings to support applicants through each step of the admissions process
• Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance
• Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow-up
• Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation
• Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs

Qualifications

• Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associates' or higher degree preferred
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios
  • One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for profit), post-secondary educational setting preferred
• Skill set:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, willing to learn new systems
  • A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
