Job summary

Premera Blue Cross is seeking an Enrollment Oversight and Quality Specialist to manage complex enrollment, eligibility, billing changes, and account research with strong customer service focus. You will support audits, improve processes, and coordinate with strategic partners to ensure timely, accurate outcomes.

Eligible candidates will work within a 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT window with occasional late shifts, supporting enrollment and billing operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED. (Required)
• Minimum of two (2) years of accounting/finance/bookkeeping experience or two (2) years enrollment processing experience. (Required)
• Associate’s degree in accounting. (Preferred)
• Previous customer service experience. (Preferred)
• Health or insurance industry experience. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Review plan provisions and apply enrollment rules per state/federal guidelines.
• Provide technical support to teams and implementation partners.
• Research complex systems issues impacting member eligibility and determine action.
• Conduct performance audits for transaction compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers as needed.
• Update training materials and support partner training for efficiency.
• Provide backup support across Enrollment & Billing and complete special projects.
