Premera Blue Cross is seeking an Enrollment Oversight and Quality Specialist to perform complex enrollment, eligibility, billing changes and reconciliation, and research with strong customer service. The role requires coordinating audits and providing guidance to members, agents, and internal teams.

The position supports operations within a 7:00 AM–5:00 PM PT window with one late shift per week, and is offered as a telecommuter/remote role with potential on-site resources as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of accounting/finance or enrollment processing experience required.
• Associate’s degree in accounting is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review plan provisions and apply enrollment rules per contracts, state and federal guidelines.
• Provide technical support to teams and implementation partners on processing issues.
• Research complex eligibility issues and determine appropriate actions for members and agents.
• Conduct performance audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers as needed.
• Educate agents and members on enrollment and billing processes and guidance.
• Assist with audits, training materials, and process improvements.
• Handle back-up as needed and support peak workloads in Enrollment & Billing.
