Premera Blue Cross seeks an Enrollment Oversight and Quality Specialist to manage complex enrollment, eligibility, billing changes, and reconciliation. You will support internal and external customers via phone, email or written correspondence within established turnaround times and explain guidelines clearly.

• Minimum two years of accounting/finance/bookkeeping experience or enrollment processing experience.
• Experience in audits and quality improvements.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and administrative guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for processing, system, and software applications.
• Research complex systems issues affecting member eligibility and determine course of action.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and external customer meetings as needed.
• Review procedures and training materials to improve efficiency with training teams.
• Track audit findings and ensure timely completion of action plans.
