Job summary

Arkansas State University is seeking (2) Institutional Work Study students for the Summer 2026 term. Each student will work 15 hours per week assisting with the enrollment process, answering phones, and aiding new students during orientation events. Office experience is preferred, and knowledge of the college enrollment process is essential. A minimum wage of $11.00 per hour is offered for this role. Background checks will be required as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with the enrollment process from application, financial aid navigation, advising and all other involved offices/processes.
• Assist with answering the phone, walk-in traffic, and other office duties as needed.
• Assist new students during the summer orientation events.
