Job summary

KIPP Northern California is seeking an Associate Director of Student Recruitment & Enrollment Operations to lead regional field recruitment efforts and oversee lottery, enrollment, and matriculation processes. The role requires strong people leadership, data literacy, and cross-functional collaboration across schools and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership in field recruitment or community pipelines.
• 3+ years of direct people management of a team.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Stockton-based recruitment team of three, setting goals and evaluating performance.
• Oversee annual applications, lotteries, offers, and registrations with compliance.
• Design internal matriculation strategies from 8th grade to high school to retain students across the network.
• Develop and optimize enrollment systems and data dashboards for regional executives and directors.
• Collaborate with Principals and operations to align pacing and outreach with enrollment targets.
