Primrose School of East Brunswick is seeking an experienced, organized, and confident Enrollment & Operations Coordinator to join our Leadership Team. enrollment growth, center operations, family engagement, marketing, and community involvement. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can confidently manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with families and staff, and serve as a strong extension of the Owner and Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Owner and Leadership Team with daily center operations, administrative tasks, and special projects.
- Manage prospective family leads, tours, follow-ups, enrollment, and registration.
- Maintain and project classroom rosters to anticipate future availability and enrollment opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and current families and assist with resolving concerns professionally and effectively.
- Manage the center's social media presence, creating engaging content while strictly following confidentiality and photo/video policies.
- Identify local marketing and community partnership opportunities to increase school visibility and enrollment.
- Plan and support family events, staff appreciation activities, school events, and community outreach.
- Help foster a positive, welcoming, and connected culture among families and team members.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.) to maximize organization and efficiency.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with families, staff, leadership, and community partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar childcare enrollment, operations, administrative, admissions, or leadership role is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, writing, and public-speaking skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to confidently diffuse challenging situations and communicate with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
- Self-motivated, dependable, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable balancing enrollment, operations, marketing, and family engagement in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, approachable, and committed to creating a positive experience for children, families, and staff.
Full-time | Alternating Schedule
- Opening: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Closing: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Occasional evening or weekend meetings, events, and community activities may be required. Reliability and consistency are essential for this leadership-support position.
Compensation & Growth
$19–$23/hour
Based on education, relevant experience, skill level, and years of experience.
