Brooklyn Friends School in Downtown Brooklyn seeks a part-time Enrollment Office Assistant (EOA) to support daily operations for 20 hours weekly from mid-August through mid-April, with some evening or weekend hours for events. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management, the EOA will manage calendars, tours, interviews, and documents, and coordinate enrollment events with multiple departments.

Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management, the EOA is an adept project manager and team player who will work closely with the Enrollment Office to manage daily operations, and will run point on the myriad of events which are central to the enrollment and admissions process at Brooklyn Friends School.
This individual will collaborate across many departments of Brooklyn Friends School to share the story and spirit of the school. As an active member of the Enrollment team, the EOA will assure the day-to-day operations of the Enrollment department run smoothly and efficiently. The EOA will assume event management responsibilities for the Enrollment Office, and will be a key member of the event operations team to ensure school events have a cohesive vision and are planned, communicated, and executed in a mission-aligned manner. The EOA position is part time, working 20 hours per week, for 8 months of the year (from mid August through Mid April). The EOA’s weekly work schedule is determined by the Director of Enrollment Management, and may fluctuate some weeks and/or include night or weekend hours to support enrollment events.
This position reports to the Director of Enrollment Management.
