Job summary

Charter Schools USA (CSUSA) seeks a School Enrollment & Marketing Administrator to drive student acquisition and retention through strategic marketing and enrollment initiatives. You will represent the school in the community and collaborate with leadership to meet enrollment targets.

You will manage CRM-driven campaigns, coordinate family communications, and support the school’s identity and outreach efforts while aligning with CSUSA’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak to prospective families and community partners to influence them to apply.
• Use insights and metrics from social media and digital marketing to promote the school.
• Engage and optimize content through Social and Digital Media.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SIS, CRM, Adobe Acrobat, and Canva.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local requirements for K-12 schools and charter school law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retention strategies to improve student retention and reduce withdrawals.
• Coordinate with school leadership to plan marketing and enrollment activities.
• Plan and promote information sessions, tours, open houses, and related events.
• Manage enrollment pipeline and ensure timely enrollment documentation and data entry.
• Foster partnerships with community organizations and engage families throughout the enrollment cycle.
