Job summary

Charter Schools USA in Covington, Louisiana is seeking an energetic School Enrollment & Marketing Administrator to lead the school’s marketing and enrollment efforts, build trusted relationships with families, and promote the school’s identity and mission.

You will develop and monitor marketing plans, coordinate information sessions, tours, and open houses, and work with state and national teams to convert interest into applications and enrollment.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years sales or marketing experience.
• Experience in social media and digital marketing on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Build awareness of the school among families and community stakeholders.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust marketing plans with school/state teams.
• Coordinate information sessions, tours, open houses, and enrollment events.
• Create and publish website and social content to strengthen school identity.
• Manage lead flow and conversions using the CRM throughout the enrollment pipeline.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure accurate enrollment records and reporting.
