• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience required.
• Previous sales or marketing background required.
• Experience in School Enrollment and Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Being bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attend, and participate in community outreach events to build leads.
• Develop and implement enrollment strategies to improve application volume.
• Coordinate with Registrars to manage enrollment pipelines and policies.
• Develop and execute retention and engagement campaigns.
• Plan marketing efforts for student recruitment, tours, and open houses.
• Collaborate with school leadership to refine identity and communications.
