WizeHire, Inc is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Lead to promote its Youth Coding & Robotics Academy in Kansas City. The role focuses on building community relationships and converting trial attendees into enrolled students.

This part-time position requires 15–20 hours per week, including after-school and evening hours. Candidates should have strong relationship-building skills and a passion for technology and character development.

Love to Code Academy is a youth character development academy. We use coding, robotics, and esports as an environment where kids practice teamwork, persistence, integrity, and leadership. Technology is the environment. Character development is the outcome.

We're looking for a Marketing & Business Development Lead who can carry that story into our community, building relationships with local leaders and influencers, while owning the follow-through that turns a trial class into an enrolled student.

This is a part-time, in-person role (15–20 hours per week), with after-school, evening, and occasional weekend hours.
