Uplift Education is seeking a paid Intern in the Central Management Office to support Scholar Recruiting. You will assist with events, communicate with families, and help convert leads to applications across multiple recruitment touchpoints.
The role emphasizes organization, independence, and proactive outreach, with frequent event attendance and community engagement throughout the recruitment cycle.

Supports our Scholar Recruiting team to drive leads and applications for prospective families and convert leads to applications in an effort to increase scholar applications. Scholar Recruiting Interns will articulate the Uplift value and benefits to prospective families and support the team with recruiting events, tabling, phone calls, and other tactics.
Frequent walking and standing; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting; repetitive hand motions including frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching; occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds). Must have reliable transportation to get to and from recruitment events.
Role requires frequent travel to businesses and communities across the DFW metroplex. May spend some time on school campuses or at the Central Management Office.
$20/hr.
