CEA CAPA Education Abroad in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Enrollment Intern to support the Enrollment and Advising Department. You will manage projects contributing to sales and retention, including document collection and visa support.

Responsibilities include processing student documents in the portal, ensuring accuracy, issuing documents, providing phone support, and recording updates in the CRM. Starting pay is $18 per hour for a part-time, 20-hour-per-week schedule within normal business hours.

Your Role:

The Enrollment Intern will be responsible for owning and managing specific projects within CEA CAPA’s Enrollment and Advising Department designed to contribute to sales and retention goals including but not limited to document collection, support for the visa and immigration process, and other enrollment operations processes as needed.

What You’ll Do:

The job duties listed are not all inclusive of what the employee may be responsible for. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist with visa and immigration support procedures.
• Assist with the processing of student documents uploaded through the student portal. This includes:
  • Reviewing all documents for accuracy, marking documents received in the Student Information System, and communicating to the account owner or student on any documents that need to be resubmitted.
• Assist with issuing applicable documents to students as needed.
• Provide phone support for the Enrollment Services department as needed.
• Record notes in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system regarding all student communication.
• Other duties as assigned.

Starting Pay:$18.00 per hour

Hours: This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week. The schedule will be determined but will fall within standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Prior higher education experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
• Ability to thrive in situations that involve phone and computer work.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM (Customer Relations Management) databases, Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to respect confidentiality and ethical boundaries regarding student privacy.
