The position offers a $100,000 - $110,000 annual compensation, paid training, a tuition waiver after 6 months for you and your immediate family, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma required.
• Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience.
• Experience: 3-5 years of sales management experience preferred.
• Strategic Deliverables: Ability to develop and execute a strategic plan for areas of responsibility, forecast sales goals, and set performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Foster Relationships: Partner with leadership to train Campus Representatives and align goals.
• Lead and Mentor: Develop a high-performance admissions team through training and performance management.
• Administrative: Prepare staff projections in budgeting and attend meetings.
• Other duties as assigned
