Job summary

Vynca Inc. seeks an Enrollment Manager to own the day-to-day performance of the patient enrollment engine. This role is hands-on, metrics-driven, and leads a team including an Enrollment RN, Medical Assistants, Outreach Specialists, and a Clinical Liaison.

You will drive outreach targets, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with clinical and growth leaders to translate expansion goals into staffing and daily volume plans. Remote with travel, serving multiple markets across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license required.
• Demonstrated experience managing to daily production or outreach metrics.
• Strong data fluency; able to build, read, and act on dashboards and reports.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills, including conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and enrollment targets with projected call volumes and enrollment numbers.
• Monitor outreach performance in real time; identify shortfalls and redirect effort.
• Lead daily enrollment huddle to review results and plans.
• Supervise Enrollment RN, Enrollment Medical Assistants, Outreach Specialists, and Clinical Liaison; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure enrollment staff meet regulatory and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing and leadership to test strategies for increasing reach and enrollment rates.
• Maintain staffing plans and daily volume requirements in alignment with expansion goals.
• Support program improvements and scalability for new markets.
