Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to three years of progressive experience in admissions, enrollment, or related areas, preferably at a small private or faith-based institution.
• Knowledge of NACAC standards and training others in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong skills in data analysis, enrollment trends, and CRM use.
• Experience recruiting international students and handling immigration reporting.
• Understanding links among recruitment, retention, academic programs, discounts, and financial sustainability.
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of admissions counselors and student ambassadors in recruiting first-year, transfer, and international students.
• Develop and implement territory management plans aligned with institutional goals.
• Oversee the application process, including review and coordination with partners.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Athletics, Marketing, Academic Affairs, and external partners for a seamless enrollment experience.
• Design and deliver campus visits, virtual events, and yield strategies reflecting a warm, relational culture.
• Analyze enrollment data and CRM insights to guide decision-making.
