Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Eight+ years of progressive marketing experience with campaigns, digital acquisition, branding, and growth.
• Four+ years of leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multiyear marketing and communications strategy aligned with university growth and brand objectives.
• Translate enrollment goals into annual and term-based campaign plans, budgets, and targets.
• Own enrollment demand generation and the inquiry portfolio, balancing lead volume and quality.
