Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for working with children and promoting aquatic safety.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prior lifeguarding and swim instructor experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies to boost enrollment.
• Convert trial leads to enrollments.
• Organize a well maintained and clean work environment.
• Assist at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate community outreach events and partnerships.
• Track and analyze enrollment metrics to optimize efforts.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized front office environment.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance customer experience.
• Conduct swim lessons as needed.
• Enforce high customer service standards among all employees.
