Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking Call-In/On-Call Enrollment Specialist III professionals to serve as on-site representatives for open enrollment, wellness, and new employee orientation events. You will educate employees, members, and prospective members about KP products and benefits.

The role involves delivering engaging presentations, answering questions, and highlighting KP membership value, with remote flexibility where possible and travel to Kaiser sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, managing B2B relationships, or related field OR 5+ years in a related role.
• Ability to educate and present to groups; strong public speaking and facilitator skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend employer, community, and open enrollment events to educate members and prospects on KP products.
• Deliver formal presentations to employees and prospective members.
• Monitor and report enrollment performance data and discrepancies.
• Serve as informational resource for sales and account management teams on KP health plans.
• Utilize knowledge of KP health plans to facilitate stand-up presentations for prospective members.
• Address customer questions and concerns about benefits and services.
