Zenith American Solutions is seeking an Eligibility & Enrollment Processor to maintain member records and support enrollment processes, ensuring accurate processing and timely documentation for coverage and benefits. This role interacts with internal teams and external partners, handles inquiries, and supports eligibility resolution with vendors, while adhering to privacy and service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months general office experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of assigned Plan(s) and apply it in all function areas.
• Provide written, verbal, or in-person customer service by responding to inquiries and documenting them per Plan benefits.
• Maintain member and dependent files in the administration system.
• Resolve eligibility & enrollment issues with vendors (PPOs, PBMs, etc.).
• Handle inbound and outbound correspondence (ID cards, eligibility packets).
• Research and resolve complex issues and irregularities.
• Respond to inquiries from examiners and billing processors concerning enrollment issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
