Reading Area Community College is seeking an Enrollment Support Specialist for Literacy Programs to coordinate student registrations, manage assessments, and support digital literacy initiatives. The role involves assisting instructors and students on campus and remotely, ensuring timely assessments and streamlined enrollment processes.

You will work with PDE guidelines, organize staff orientations, and collaborate with multiple departments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field is required.
• One year’s experience teaching adults is required.
• Experience with online teaching and troubleshooting basic computer tasks.
• Proficiency with Zoom, MS Teams, Google Drive.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee registration of students.
• Administer pre-tests and post-tests for literacy programs.
• Monitor attendance hours and testing intervals.
• Schedule and conduct staff orientation and training sessions.
• Maintain inventory and secure storage of assessment materials.
• Support distance learning and digital literacy initiatives.
• Submit monthly reports and time logs.
• Communicate with PDE guidelines and staff across sites.
