Job summary

Austin Community College is seeking a Coordinator for HS Programs Enrollment Management to serve as the primary contact for recruitment, enrollment, and dual credit growth across high school partnerships. The role liaises with ISDs, charter, private, and homeschool partners to expand academic and workforce dual credit participation within the ACC service area.

Qualifications

• Two years related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary High School Programs resource for the assigned caseload.
• Coordinate enrollment, recruitment, and course scheduling for high school and ACC campuses.
• Develop and maintain student progression tracking and course sequencing models.
• Organize and lead meetings with partner ISDs and schools.
• Provide ACC faculty support for facility and logistical needs.
