Barry University seeks an Admissions Coordinator to drive enrollment operations for the School of Podiatric Medicine. You'll manage files, communication, and interview logistics, coordinating with CAS, Colleague, Salesforce, and external partners to ensure timely decisions and a positive candidate experience.

You will support orientation, data reporting, and engagement efforts, serving as a liaison with AACPM and representing BUSPM as needed in various events and activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1–3 years admissions experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail essential.
• Experience coordinating interviews, orientation, and program events.
• Proficient with MS Office, Salesforce, Colleague, and CAS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage admission files, scoring, and compliance with standards.
• Oversee communications across CAS, Colleague, and Salesforce for applicants.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling with faculty.
• Host campus tours and deliver program presentations to prospects.
• Assist with orientation planning, data requests, and reporting.
• Represent the Admissions Director in meetings and at events when needed.
