Job summary

Nord Anglia Education is seeking an Admissions Data & Planning Analyst to support the MAC team across US and LATAM. You will forecast enrollment, analyze application trends, and deliver actionable insights to drive growth and budgeting decisions.

The role requires strong data modeling, statistical thinking, and collaboration across regional stakeholders. You will analyze pipelines, monitor KPI forecasting, and produce dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2-5+ years in data analytics, FP&A, admissions or marketing analytics.
• Strong forecasting and trend analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop enrollment forecasts and pipeline tracking for the region.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and risks; build actionable insights.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models.
• Create regular reports on admissions KPIs using Salesforce & Power BI.
• Collaborate with school admissions and regional teams to translate data into strategy.
