Job summary

Apple is seeking an Education Analyst to join the Sales Support Operations team in the USA. The role partners with Supply & Demand Planning, Sales, and Finance to drive channel health, forecast accuracy, and peak event planning.

The candidate will build statistical forecast models, present plans to senior leaders, influence cross-functional teams, and manage CPFR with key partners to maximize financial results and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Operations, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Education channel health including forecast alignment, quote attainment, and peak event planning.
• Develop complex statistical/forecast models to drive critical business decisions and insights.
• Present and defend product line plans to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Evaluate supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate consumer impact.
• Manage CPFR with Fortune 100 channel partners and strengthen business relationships.
• Plan, drive, and execute New Product Introduction operational activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities (tools, workflows, systems) and drive solutions from conception through implementation.
• Influence cross-functional alignment within a matrixed organization to optimize performance.
