Job summary

CAMP Systems is seeking an Enrollment Analyst in Wichita, KS to ensure new aircraft configurations and maintenance programs are accurately entered into CAMP Systems software. You will evaluate data templates and OEM programs and liaise with clients to gather information and ensure timely, accurate enrollment.

You will communicate with customers to address questions, support onboarding, and help maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or aviation experience to perform the job.
• A&P license or 2–5 years of related aircraft experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must possess excellent computer skills (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Enroll new aircraft onto CAMP application using customer and manufacturer docs.
• Implement inspection/maintenance schedule per regulatory and customer needs.
• Evaluate, analyze, and interpret data such as ADs and SBs.
• Quality check enrollments for accuracy and adherence to CAMP procedures.
• Review and implement the customer's Maintenance Inspection Program.
• Ensure customer data is updated promptly and accurately.
• Prioritize work based on project timelines and workload.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout enrollment.
• Review and update databases at enrollment milestones.
• Address customer calls regarding maintenance programs.
• Educate customers on CAMP web-based applications and features.
