Responsibilities

• Advises new students and guides them through enrollment processes.
• Responds to student inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online services.
• Researches and resolves student service concerns following supervisor guidelines.
• Educates students on admissions, registration, financial aid, and graduation steps.
• Navigates PCC platforms (PCC online services, MyPima, Career Coach) with students.
• Maintains confidential student records in compliance with FERPA.
