Job summary

South College Pittsburgh Campus is seeking a highly motivated Admissions Officer to welcome prospective students through every step of the enrollment process on site in Cranberry Township, PA.

You will provide accurate information about programs, assist students in selecting study tracks, and guide applicants to meet admission requirements while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all campus visitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
• Solid performance in a Customer Service, Sales, or Relational service role.
• Ability to assist students through the enrollment process and explain college programs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes students by guiding them through enrollment paperwork and campus tours.
• Provides accurate information about college programs and admissions requirements.
• Assists students in selecting programs based on transcripts and interests.
• Qualifies applicants for admission according to college standards.
• Maintains timely follow-ups and records to support department objectives.
• Supports adherence to the annual admissions budget and policies.
