South College is seeking highly motivated, self-starters with excellent communication skills to join the Department of Admissions for our Competency Based Education programs. Candidates must have earned a bachelor's degree or have comparable work experience.

Members of the Admissions team must be able to work in a team environment and present a professional appearance, as well as demonstrate competence in multi-tasking, telephone prospecting, and presentation skills.

• Welcomes students and supports them through enrollment steps.
• Provides accurate information about college programs and admissions.

• Make required calls, follow-ups, referrals, and daily tasks to meet objectives.
• Follow policies to support admissions processes and budget.
• Provide feedback to managers to improve admissions quality and efficiency.
