Second Mile Education in Florida is seeking a full-time enrollment support specialist for our charter school. The role supports the Principal and helps achieve enrollment, academic, and behavioral goals.

Responsibilities include managing enrollment, assisting in budgeting, and maintaining school records. Bilingual abilities are preferred to engage families effectively and support at-risk youth where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Strong general office and telephone equipment knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft OS, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Supports Principal and promotes positive school culture.
• Manages enrollment processes to meet goals.
• Assists in budgeting and school funds management.
• Performs enrollment-related duties and tasks per policy.
