Job summary

Advatix in Naples, Florida, is seeking an experienced Enrolled Agent (EA) / Tax Preparer to join its in-office team. This role focuses on complex individual, trust, and business tax return preparation with year-round client engagement.

Candidates should hold an active EA or CPA license, bring at least 3 years of tax prep experience, and be proficient with Drake/UltraTax or similar software; QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active EA or CPA license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years tax preparation experience.
• Experience with Drake, UltraTax, or similar software.
• QuickBooks knowledge preferred.
• Trust/estate tax experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, and 1065 returns.
• Support tax planning, compliance, and IRS correspondence.
• Collaborate with fiduciaries, attorneys, and financial advisors.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely filings.
