Mountain Valley Developmental Services in Glenwood Springs, CO seeks an Enrichment Services Manager to oversee enrichment programming, supervise DSP staff, and coordinate schedules aligned with Individual Plans. The role emphasizes staff leadership, documentation accuracy, and community engagement to improve lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Evening/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years of general management experience required; management experience in human services preferred.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s license.
• Verified legal status to work in the United States.
• Criminal and Motor Vehicle record must meet company standards.

Responsibilities

• Staff Supervision & Leadership – support, train, evaluate, and mentor staff; manage performance concerns; recognize achievements; maintain team accountability and communication.
• Administrative Management – ensure adequate staffing, complete assessments and reports on time, review timekeeping and leave requests, support budget development and adherence.
• Program Oversight – lead one or more functional areas (day services, residential, recreation); coordinate inclusive activity schedules based on individual interests and promote community engagement.
• Community Integration & Representation – foster individual participation in meaningful community activities and promote positive public awareness of MVDS and the individuals supported.
• Rights & Advocacy – uphold individual rights, respond as a Mandatory Reporter, ensure dignity and respect in all interactions.
• Care Coordination & IP Implementation – participate in IP development, implement individualized goals, provide physical and personal care, adjust support as needs change.
• Documentation & Medical Oversight – document shift activity, manage billing and communication, administer medications, monitor health needs, follow medical protocols.
