Job summary

Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe is preparing for its grand opening and is building an Activity Enrichment team to provide engaging programs for residents. The role of Activity Enrichment Leader uses a research-based curriculum to lead small groups in fitness, art, music, and discussions for cognitively impaired seniors.

You’ll adapt instruction, facilitate discussions, and make learning enjoyable, with opportunities to teach or lead a discussion and even learn something yourself as part of a

• Associates Degree with coursework in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Education or a related field. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months leading group activities with a special needs population
• Ability to work the defined schedule which may include weekends
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Professional, pleasant, adaptable with a team oriented attitude
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees

Our brand-new senior living community is preparing for its grand opening, and we’re building an exceptional Activity Enrichment team to create engaging, purposeful experiences for our residents.
