Job summary

Belmont Village Aliso Viejo seeks an Activity Enrichment Leader to guide cognitive enrichment activities for older adults using our Whole Brain Fitness curriculum. You’ll lead small groups, prepare engaging materials, and monitor resident participation with care and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with coursework in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 months leading group activities with a special needs population
• Ability to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Professional, pleasant, adaptable with a team oriented attitude
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community

As an Activity Enrichment Leader at Belmont Village Aliso Viejo in Orange County, CA you’ll use an established, research-based curriculum to lead small-group fitness, art, music, learning, and enrichment programs for cognitively impaired older adults.
